In 2018, Quality III Fire Protection was acquired by Universal Fire Protection. The acquisition broadened the company’s capabilities that range from servicing fire extinguishers to designing fire suppression systems to offering custom metal fabrication services and kitchen ventilation systems.

It began more than 55 years ago with family owned Termac Corporation, a dishwasher rental, cleaning and sanitation products company. To meet the needs of this evolving market, Termac Corporation established a system of service and developed The Filter Man, a grease filter replacement and soak tank rental company; GTO Grease Trap Cleaning Services, a grease trap cleaning company; Universal Fire Protection, a fire safety for commercial kitchens company; and AllPro Stainless Steel and Metal Fabrication, a customized metal fabrication company for commercial and residential products.
